TSHIRTS and MENU

It’s hard to believe that the Weekend is a couple of weeks away! I wanted to catch up with you on two things:

  • T-SHIRTS for the Weekend
  • MENU for the Weekend

T-SHIRTS:

ASL Immersion Weekender participant Corinne Glaus has created a design that she felt works into the 2017 ASL Weekend’s Theme.  This design will be printed onto the back of a 50/50 blend T-shirt, Robin’s Egg Blue, with black print.  They will be “regular” (men’s?) T-shirts.  This is Corinne’s created design:

Shirts will cost $15.00 each.  (xxl and xxxl will cost $1.00 more)  If you would like to purchase a T-shirt, please reply back with the size you need.

I apologize up front, but you have a LIMITED amount of time to make a decision.  The design came to me late, and the printer needs as much time as possible to print the shirts.  Therefore, I NEED to get the total number of shirts to be ordered to the printer BY MONDAY, APRIL 10th.  I will be using Route 66 printing company – a Deaf owned and operated company.  **** REPLY BACK BY MONDAY WITH YOUR ORDER, IF YOU WANT a T-shirt (or two?!) ***** 

Payment will be collected AT THE WEEKEND.  I hope you’ll want one!!

MENU

Below you will find the menu for the Weekend.  I do my best to set up meals that work for a large group.  I know I can’t plan meals that EVERYONE will like, but this will give you a head’s up on what will be served.  If you have special dietary needs and want to bring food to cook, there is a microwave and a refrigerator available for our use.  There will be bottled water and soda for purchase.  Tea – both sweet and unsweet – will be available and coffee in the morning.

I’ve marked on the listing below the items I’ve identified as gluten-free or vegetarian.  If these food choices do not fit into your dietary requirements, please call me to discuss. Those who have already identified to me a gluten-free or vegetarian request will have first access to those food choices.  Any left-overs are then up for grabs.
