PRICES

Prices shown above are per person in US$, double occupancy. All prices include cruise, taxes, and fees. Itinerary and prices are current at the time of printing and subject to change at any time without prior notice. Certain restrictions may apply. Prices do not include travel insurance, air, transfers, tips, shore excursions, etc.

 

DEPOSIT & TRAVEL INSURANCE PAYMENT

A deposit in the amount of $200.00 per person double occupancy ($300.00 per cabin single occupancy) and the travel insurance are due NOW in order to reserve a cabin. Deposits can only be paid via check. The travel insurance is $29 per person double occupancy in category N, I and H and $89 in category D1.

 

MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND FINAL PAYMENT

Monthly payments are accepted after the deposit payment has been made. Monthly payments (minimum of $100 per payment per person) and the final payment can be made via check or via credit card.

The final payment is due by April 24, 2017.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Royal Caribbean’s cancellation policy for the cruise is as follows: 100 days or more prior to sailing no cancellation charge, 99 – 65 days deposit amount, 64 – 35 days 50 % of total price, 34 days or less no refund. A different policy applies to air and hotel bookings. In case of a cancellation, send an e-mail to kerstin@kerstinstravel.com. A non-refundable cancellation fee (not covered by the travel insurance) of $100.00 per person will apply in addition to Royal Caribbean’s cancellation penalties.

 

AIR ARRANGEMENT

The flights can be booked through Royal Caribbean. A $50.00 air booking fee will be added for flights booked through Royal Caribbean. This fee can be paid by check only. Make the check out to Kerstin’s Deaf Travel and mail it to:

If you do not book the air through Royal Caribbean, you MUST be at the port prior to the embarkation deadline as indicated in the cruise line’s travel documents. If you miss the sailing, any and all expenses related to joining the ship at another port, if possible are your sole responsibility. For clients who book their own air, I highly recommend that you arrive at least one day prior to embarkation day. If you book the air on your own, you MUST follow Royal Caribbean’s guidelines regarding the flight arrival and departure times:

– latest permitted flight arrival time in Miami at the day of sailing: 11:45 AM

– earliest permitted flight departure time from Miami at the day of disembarkation: 11:45 AM

A transfer voucher Miami airport – ship – Miami airport can be purchased for an additional cost of $36 per person.

 

DINNER RESERVATION

Dinner reservation for the entire group has been made for 8:30 PM.

 

VACCINATION

Kerstin’s Deaf Travel and Royal Caribbean do not publish any requirements regarding vaccinations. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check with your health professional about which vaccinations and/or medications you may need for your trip. Appropriate physical fitness is required for this cruise.

 

PASSPORT

We strongly recommend that all guests travel with a valid passport.

The following documents MUST be submitted upon check-in at the ship:

  • a passport, valid for 6 months beyond the completion date of your travel OR
  • a government-issued birth certificate AND a laminated, enhanced government issued picture ID, denoting photo, name and date of birth. If the picture ID is a driver’s license, it must be an enhanced driver’s license. *

*If the names shown on the documents are not exactly the same, a bridging document (wedding certificate, legal name change, etc.) is required that shows proof of the legal change of names.

A U.S. citizen under the age of 16 will be able to present either an original, notarized or certified copy of his or her birth certificate, a Consular Report of Birth Abroad issues by DOS, or Certificate of Naturalization issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.

Note: Baptismal papers and hospital certificates are not acceptable. Voter registration cards or Social Security cards are not considered proof of citizenship.  It is the traveler’s sole responsibility to obtain the proper travel documents.

Non-US citizens: It is your responsibility to identify and to obtain all the necessary visas before commencing this cruise. If the traveler fails to submit the proper travel documents, the traveler will be denied boarding and NO refunds will be paid.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Discount coupons or similar offers are not accepted for this sailing.

Kerstin’s Deaf Travel will use any photos taken before, during or after the cruise on the agency’s website www.kerstinsdeaftravel.com, in the travel agency’s newsletter or in similar publications produced by Kerstin’s Deaf Travel.

Royal Caribbean’s rules and regulations are applicable to this cruise as listed on the cruise line’s website www.royalcaribbean.com. Please note that Royal Caribbean reserves the right to collect any increases in fuel charges, government fees, taxes, or similar charges in effect at the time of sailing even if the fare has already been paid in full.

The travel documents and air tickets will be issued as electronic documents approximately one month prior to sailing.
